My involvement in leatherworking began with a simple curiosity.
Years ago, I came across some leather guitar straps with intricate carvings that left a deep impression on me.
Litle did I know, this would be a start of a significant journey.Fast forward a few years, I took up knife making as a hobby. With knives came the need for sheaths, and that's when I decided to explore leatherworking. I had no prior experience, relying solely on online tutorials and books.
My early attempts at crafting leather knife sheaths were marked by some challenges.
As one thing led to another, I began honing my skills.
I learned to carve designs into leather, experimented with different sewing techniques, and practiced various construction methods.
leather items like pipe rests, fly boxes, wallets, bullet
pouches and many more, related or not with fishing and hunting.
